United Kingdom Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly from our UK warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Standard UK Shipping: £15 per order

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £250 within the United Kingdom

  • Delivery Time:

    • Next business day delivery after dispatch

    • Orders are delivered on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Isle of Man & Ireland Delivery

For customers located outside mainland UK:

  • Shipping Fee: £30 per order

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Custom-cut or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
