Application Guidelines
To ensure optimal results, the following steps are recommended:
- Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and free of wax or grease before applying.
- Protective cap removal: Before application, peel off the protective PET cap and store the film without the protective cap to prevent "tunneling."
- Installation: Use a soft buffer squeegee for a smooth finish and apply heat for tight curves and edges. Don't overstretch the material or post-heat, and keep the vehicle indoors above 20°C for 24-48 hours before and after application.
- Aftercare: Wash with mild soap and water to maintain the finish. Avoid abrasive materials.
- Post-heating temperature: 95°C. Post-application heating is crucial.
- Recommended application tools: Squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IRR thermometer, IRR heater
- The vinyl film is directional.
Important Considerations
