TeckWrap Crazy Grape (RD18-HD) combines deep purple, royal violet, blue, green, and subtle gold tones in a highly dynamic color-shift finish that continuously changes with lighting and viewing angle. The multilayered pigments create exceptional depth and movement, allowing the vehicle to display different personalities from every angle while maintaining a rich, premium appearance.
Its super glossy surface amplifies reflections and enhances body lines with liquid-like color transitions. In shade, the wrap appears as a luxurious deep grape purple with hints of blue and plum, while direct sunlight reveals vibrant violet, emerald green, and golden highlights that flow across every curve and panel. The result is an exotic, hypercar-inspired finish that delivers the visual drama of a bespoke color-shifting paint while remaining elegant, expressive, and unmistakably eye-catching.

Warranty
Built for long-term outdoor use, with up to 3 years of durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Horizontal surfaces such as roofs, hoods, and bonnets take the most sun and weather and carry a shorter expected life. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as bubbling, cracking, and adhesive failure when the film is properly stored, professionally installed, and maintained per the care guidance. It does not cover abrasion, scratches, gloss change, or normal wear. Heat-removable within 2 years for the cleanest removal, with minimal adhesive residue.
Application
Surface: apply only to a clean, sound, fully cured OEM factory finish. Repainted, primed, aftermarket, or damaged surfaces can affect adhesion and removal and fall outside warranty coverage.
Apply at +17°C to +23°C
Tools: squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
Post-heat: 100°C
Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
Overlap: 3 to 4 mm
Directional film. The color-shift effect orients with the film, so keep orientation consistent across all panels and use one production LOT per vehicle to avoid a mismatched shift between panels.
Avoid overstretching during application, which can distort the color-shift pigment
Remove the protective cap before installing
Professional installation strongly recommended for the best result and to keep the warranty valid
Aftercare: hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo (pH 3 to 11). Avoid waxes, solvents, and petroleum-distillate products, and never use automatic washes, brushes, or high-pressure washers.
Disclaimer
All TeckWrap statements, technical information, and recommendations are based on tests believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has independently determined the suitability of the products for their purpose.
TeckWrap products are warranted to be free of defects in material for the period of shelf life. In case of defects, TeckWrap will replace the product or compensate at its sole discretion. This is the exclusive obligation of TeckWrap Inc.
Warranty does not cover normal wear, transportation, labor, or consequential damages. Coverage requires proper storage, professional installation, and maintenance in line with TeckWrap's care guidance, and does not apply to films installed on non-OEM, repainted, or damaged surfaces. If you notice cracking, lifting, edge failure, or other defects, contact your installer promptly for assessment.
Color-shift films change apparent color with viewing angle, lighting, and surroundings, and the direction of the shift follows the film orientation. This is the defining characteristic of a color-shift film and is not a defect.
Removal from aged, repainted, or poorly bonded factory paint may lift paint or clear coat. TeckWrap is not responsible for the condition of the underlying paint upon removal.
Screen images may vary, refer to physical color swatches. Use the same production LOT for color consistency. Scratches during application or daily use are not covered.
